Your Responsibilities

As a technical salesperson responsible for Steam Turbine and ORC, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening Sveadiesel's position in the Nordic market for energy conversion. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing supplier relationships, and establishing long-term customer agreements.

The assignment involves building business structures, developing aftermarket concepts, and creating conditions for growth. You will combine strategic work with operational responsibility in dialogue with customers and suppliers – both in Sweden and internationally.

This is a direct recruitment to Sveadiesel AB.

Your Profile

Requirements:

• Technical university education (e.g., energy, mechanical, industrial economics)
• At least 3 years of experience in the energy sector
• At least 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role
• Experience leading customer projects and business negotiations
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience in energy conversion (ORC, turbines, steam systems)
• Experience in international sales or agency operations
• German language skills in speaking and writing
• Experience in process or business development

We are looking for a confident, self-driven, and business-oriented person who combines technical interest with good relationship skills. You are structured, results-oriented, and enjoy building long-term collaborations – both internally and externally.

Sveadiesel AB constitutes the civilian part of the Inter-Defence group and was separated from Inter Defence AB in 2024 to form its own company based in Sundbyberg. The business builds on over 75 years of experience within Inter-Defence and its long-standing partnerships in technical solutions for industry, energy, and defense.
